weight loss

I am wondering if any one knows where my weight should be in order to be a size 6. I am 5'11'' and have a medium frame. I want to be able to set goals before I start hormones to achieve the most success especially since most girls tend to gain weight. Please let me know if any one is or knows someone of similar height and frame. I really would appreciate it. Thanks, Lisa

in pants, it's feasible. In a dress, it all depends on your shoulders/rib cage. I've been a size 6 jeans (even 4 briefly!) but could never find dresses that worked well with the slender waist and larger rib cage/shoulders. Oh and I'm about 5'9".

There are tg websites that make dresses and lingerie to fit broader shoulders.

      www.crossdresser.com/index.asp

Can you believe all the models on the site are TG?? I'm jealous!

Getting into a size 6 also depends on your hip measurements. I'm 5'7'' and used to be able to get into a size 3 in highschool (2000 - 2003). I'm now 24. Since then, my pelvic bone has spread as did my shoulders (unfortunately) and wear a size 9 jeans in Juniors. I prefer juniors over womens because juniors jeans are cut straight or slim through the hips. Womens jeans fit great at the waist but are so baggy in the hips. Plus i love the stretch demin. I buy my jeans a size up in hopes that I will be able to fill them out when my hips finally begin to develope.

This time last year, I was around 200lbs. I lost 50 lbs over the summer power walking. Thats it. Thats all I did. I drink more water but never did change how i eat. I live in a neighborhood with a lot of hills, so walking up the inclines did wonders for me. I love walking in the summer, the hot weather really makes you sweat, sweating really sheds away those pounds! I also wore a training corset to really aid in loosing the weight around my mid-section.

Wasn't done, hit the enter button too soon, lol.

I have an eliptical machine to exersize over the winter, but did gain 10lbs over the winter. I recommend walking 2 hours every other day followed by good stretching to loosen up your muscles.

You should begin taking your measurements now and when you begin hormones to track your transition. you should measure your chest, underbust, waist, hips, thighs and arms. I wish i would have kept log of my arms because i lost a lot of muscle mass. I forgot hormones will do that, and was a bad thing in my case. (Only because i bought a silver upper arm bracelet from Rajasthan that fit perfectly last year, and now is too big. I spent well over $100 on that baby.)
