Okay, We need to have more going on here.
One or two new posts a day isn't enough.
I'm throwing out being discreet.
In public, Which bathroom do you go into?
Even been called or gotten caught?
How many people did you have to kill?

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Thu, April 9, 2009 - 4:19 PMUsually, I go to the "men's" room because I have freaked out this little old white lady and I don't want that experience again. However, what I have had:
Women following me into the bathroom, not realizing until they hear someone standing pee (... that certainly ain't me!)
Men coming into the bathroom as I am washing my hands, seeing me, walking back out of the bathroom and checking the door to make sure they are in the "right" bathroom.
*smh* -

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Thu, April 9, 2009 - 7:24 PMthat would totally be me, lol. id have to do a double check on myself if i saw you in the bathroom Steampoof! afterward, well, actually i have no idea how id handle that afterward,( walk right in?,allow the lady to go about her busines and come back later? no idea), that would be awkward wouldnt it? -

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Thu, April 9, 2009 - 7:29 PMI never cross dress in public, so it is a no-brainer. I do, however, use a stall, and sit to pee no matter how I am dressed. -

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Thu, April 9, 2009 - 8:03 PMI almost never dress in public either;
I almost always sit, too, unless it's an emergency. -

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Fri, July 3, 2009 - 6:24 AMHAHA.... It doesnt matter to me really. I've got more important things usually on my mind.
As long as its not a cesspool and filthy and has paper. I've seen some truly horrendous restrooms.
As an aside,I was on a little trip in Kentucky going on a camping trip with a tg friend and the cool thing at the campground was the new shower house/restroom bldg's had a male side ,a female side and a unisex one in the center. lol
I was so enamored with the incredibly lovely shower rooms with lots of nice warm water that I hardly noticed the unisex bathroom at first.
I used the middle one and then went into the male side just to see what the differences were.
I realized that the center one was mainly setup for handicapped access.
Idk...what Id do if I could pass well....I think Id keep using male restrooms until someone said something to me. haha
Then Id know for sure I was seen as a female by people.
I can wait to be able to afford electro. whoohoo! LOL

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Mon, October 12, 2009 - 10:31 PMI prefer to avoid the question, and find a unisex bathroom. Otherwise, I would usually use the mens room (dressed or not) until I had an experience coming back from Burning Man.
I was walking through a casino in Reno at 3 AM to go to the bathroom with a friend of mine when we came up to an attendant. He let my friend pass by, but stepped in front of me and said "I'm sorry Miss, the ladies room is over there". What else could I do? I thanked him in my sweetest and shyest voice, and went into the ladies room.
I always sit too : )

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Thu, April 9, 2009 - 8:02 PMI've had the latter happen just because of my hair
more than a dozen times. My first
response is concern that they may get angry,
but secretly, I love it when a macho pig
freaks for just a second.

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Tue, August 11, 2009 - 1:17 AMyeah,I think it's just a moot point for those tg/ts females that pass well and look like a proper female and no one really suspects them anyway...so,they dont really have to worry that much about using the appropriate restroom.
Those of us that dont pass completely have to deal with that sort of embarrassment if we want to forge ahead and try and do what we feel is right for us.
For myself,I dont pass at all, I have too many masculine tells/traits to my body...so,its ridiculous for me to try and use a womens restroom.
As much as being regarded as a female by others I would love,....I have to be realistic about my state of existence at this time.
I desire someday to be able to mainly be regarded as a female socially,I still want that very much.
As to some of the public demarcations of gender,...I see no reason for me to try and go somewhere, where I obviously am not matching the designated sex intended to use the place. It's not that important to me.
I wish I had been born looking more androgynous and not had such awful family traits.

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Fri, September 25, 2009 - 8:08 AMThat would be hard... sometimes, I am pulling from both genders. -

Re: Rabble Rouse: which bathroom?
Mon, September 28, 2009 - 12:40 PMDo what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
i use a unisex when it's available, especially at work where the rumor mill has had four years to grind on the subject of Me. other than that, it's gotta be a women's room. going into a men's bathroom at this point in my life would be really dangerous.
Love is the law, love under will.
